TRANSPORTATION CHARGES ARE DUE PRIOR TO UNLOADING AT THE FINAL DESTINATION. PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE WITH:

Signing the Inventory inspection means that all items have been received except as noted. Obvious loss or damage has been duly noted.
Signing the Inventory inspection does not waive a client's right to file a claim.
Notice: This proposal is for the listed items or servicenly. Additional items and services may result in additional cost. A Household Goods Carrier's liability for loss or damage to any shipment is $0.60(60 cents) per pound for item, unless the carrier and shipper agree in writing to a greater level of liability. This is a contract for moving services and is subject to the terms and conditions on this document and addendum.
